A liver transplant for Istighfar 🤲
💔 She is only one year old. And she is already fighting for her life.
This little girl from Biskra, Algeria, suffers from a severe congenital liver disease: biliary atresia.
From her first weeks, doctors made a serious diagnosis. Since then, her life has been marked by hospitalizations, exhausting treatments, and constant pain.

Despite all efforts, the disease has progressed. Her liver is now severely damaged. She is suffering, her belly is swollen… and each passing day is another struggle.
😔 Her only chance: a liver transplant. A transplant that must imperatively be performed abroad. Her courageous mother is ready to become a donor. But the cost of the intervention, transfer, post-operative care, and support far exceeds the family's capabilities.

They have tried everything possible. They have sold what they could. But this amount is far too large. And time is running out for them.
👧 Her older sister Sidra, still young but already deeply affected, herself sent a request for help. Their pain is immense. Their call for help is sincere and heartbreaking.

🎯 The collected funds will allow us to:
- Finance the living donor liver transplant
- Cover medical, surgical, and post-operative expenses
- Ensure the medical transfer of Istighfar and her mother
- Provide her with specialized nutrition, essential for her survival
The target amount exceeds the estimate to cover all ancillary costs (transfer, support, medical follow-up). Any surplus will be donated to save another sick child.
Thank you for her. Thank you for her family. Thank you for life. 💛
