SOS Greffe – Surgeries Without Borders is a non-profit humanitarian association, governed by the 1901 law and registered with the National Register of Associations under RNA number W632014686 (SIREN 924 561 269 00011).
SOS Greffe is neither a hospital, a clinic, nor a healthcare institution: the association does not perform any medical procedures, make any diagnoses, or prescribe any treatments. It operates internationally to facilitate access to vital care, transplants, and surgical operations, which are entirely carried out by partner medical, hospital, and humanitarian teams.
Because no one should die due to a lack of accessible care, we transform every donation into a concrete action, every act of solidarity into renewed hope.
Facilitate access to care for all
The association assists families with their medical and administrative procedures, and helps fund vital transplants and surgical operations when care cannot be provided locally.
Heal without borders
We intervene where local healthcare systems cannot respond to emergencies. By mobilizing our medical partners, we build bridges between patients and the care they need.

We mobilize our resources as soon as a patient is in a medical emergency. Each case is handled with the same priority, rigor, and humanity, regardless of the patient's geographical or financial situation.
We provide personalized support to each family, from the creation of the medical file to post-operative follow-up. Our coordinators are available 7 days a week to answer all questions and remove all obstacles.
We invest in strong medical and humanitarian partnerships between France, Tunisia, Turkey, and other countries. These links allow us to act faster, more effectively, and extend our capacity to help the largest number of people.
What We Do Concretely
From supporting families to raising awareness about organ donation, every action of SOS Greffe aims for a single objective: to save lives.
We guide patients and their families through all medical and administrative procedures, from compiling the medical file to post-operative care.
We help families raise the necessary funds to finance urgent transplants, grafts, and surgeries that cannot be performed locally.
We conduct awareness campaigns to encourage organ donation and promote international solidarity in healthcare, in France and partner countries.
We have a network of partners and contacts in many countries to act as quickly as possible when the situation allows.
However, each case is unique: the procedures, deadlines, and solutions can be more or less complex.
We always do our best, with seriousness, transparency, and humanity, without ever making promises we cannot keep.
