Fall Kor Ndaw is a 13-year-old girl from Senegal. For more than two years, she has been suffering from a large mass in the left cervical region, on her neck.

According to the medical report, this mass initially progressed slowly, before worsening more rapidly in recent months.

Medical documents describe a bulky left cervical mass, with signs of local aggressiveness. The examinations performed indicate a very concerning situation: a significant mass in the neck and left clavicle, with suspicion of a tumoral process. The CT scan notably mentions an appearance that could suggest Ewing sarcoma, although further examinations remain necessary to confirm the exact nature of the disease.

A biopsy has already been performed, but the report states that the sample was highly hemorrhagic, with a significant risk of necrosis. Doctors have also discussed an image-guided biopsy to further the diagnosis. A surgical opinion has been requested, and specialized care is needed promptly.

Today, Fall Kor Ndaw is suffering immensely. She does not have the normal life of a child her age. She cannot attend school like others; she lives with pain, the looks of others, and even taunts from some people who do not understand what she is going through.

Her mother cries often. Her father suffers seeing his daughter in this condition, feeling helpless in the face of her pain. The entire family is distraught, as they do not have the financial means to afford the necessary examinations, care, and treatments.

biopsy with histopathological analysis;

immunohistochemistry;

PET-CT if necessary;

consultation with the specialist physician;

25 radiotherapy sessions;

4 cycles of chemotherapy;
