While at her age, she should be discovering school, learning to ride a bike, laughing and playing... instead, Lina spends her days in the hospital.
She is fighting metastatic cancer, a very aggressive form that spares nothing. Her kidney, spleen, lungs… The disease is gaining ground, a little more each day.
This mother wrote to us.

A mother ready to do anything to save her daughter.
"They operated once… then a second time. But the tumor keeps returning. Treatment is now suspended in Algeria. We have no hope left here. We must leave… quickly. There is still a chance in Turkey. I beg you to help us."

Lina knows she is sick. She knows her days are not like those of other children. She spends her time between injections, IV drips, pain…
But Lina is also full of hope.
