Her body is fragile, exhausted, constantly vulnerable to infections.
She has already lost her older sister, Kholoud, who had the same disease.
💔 Her devastated father contacted us in tears.
“I cannot lose a second daughter. I feel helpless. Help us.”
Doctors are clear: without a bone marrow transplant, her days are numbered.
