Wiam has contracted an infection. This little girl suffers from a terrible illness: severe combined immunodeficiency.

Wiam will receive a bone marrow transplant on December 26.

The wait has been long, and the transplant could not take place as long as her lung problems persisted.

Wiam is not doing well.

We fear that her little body, which has already fought so hard, will not be able to endure the transplant. She is in a lot of pain, and the videos cannot be published.

It is with immense sadness that we announce the passing of Wiam. After a long battle against the illness, her body unfortunately did not survive the transplant.

We have known her family for many years. Her father and mother have endured so much hardship over the years, but they fought tirelessly, with immense strength and love, for their daughter.

Wiam passed away surrounded by love and gentleness. Her courage, her light, and the dignity of her loved ones will remain forever in our hearts.
