People like Rihab do not come along every day. We have always known this little girl in suffering. She alternates between grey days, pink days, blue days… and through it all, she remains a true warrior.
These are not mere words to embellish a text: this is the truth of her journey. We have known Rihab since she was very small, barely able to walk, already covered in bruises caused by her illness, already receiving transfusions everywhere. A reality that few can imagine.
Rihab suffers from a rare disease that required a bone marrow transplant. A first transplant was performed years ago. Today, she had to undergo another one, in the immense hope that this time will be the one, and that it will finally bring her the long-awaited recovery.
And despite all of this, Rihab is rich. Rich in kindness, rich in courage, rich in dignity. Because when someone has gone through so many trials, when someone has carried such pain, they can only be an exceptional, unique human being.
They say that God tests those He loves… Yes, Rihab is a precious soul, forged by hardship, destined for strength and excellence.
May God grant you, little warrior, recovery, the end of your illness, and a beautiful and gentle life. And may you and your family finally reap all that you have sown with patience, courage, and love.
